How do I send nudges without delay on Windows Live Messenger? (aka MSN Messenger).?

I've seen some folks send nudges one after another without the usual delay MSN messenger forces upon you. When I ask how they do that, they said "MSN patch" and stayed quiet. How can I get MSN patch?

its called Nudge Mania, my friend uses it to send unlimited nudges, easy to setup

warning: dont overuse it, or u might piss ur friends off, hahaha
