Help me try to install mess patch for windows live messenger?

okay so im having trouble downloading this, i downloaded it from here:

and it seems to not be working. it opens in winRAR wanting me to extract it, then i do and send it to my removable disk, then i click on it, hit patch messenger, and it says "Mess Patch was not able to locate an installation of Messenger. Please install Messenger properly and try again." So what do i do??

I'm not sure why your mess patch is not installing. However, I recently installed the messenger patch from the following site and it worked perfectly-

It opens on a winRAR file as well. It extracted immediately and allowed me to perform my required action within less than a minute.
