i have the on that i randomly send people messages and file containing the virus. I know you are all trying to help, but i have professional anti virus and anti spy ware programs, and i have deleted all the threats and file containing the virus but its not going away dose anybody know away to get rid of it WITHOUT REFORMATTING!

have you done some research? not every virus goes away with a scan...
try to log on in safe mode and do the scan from there. if this is not solving the problem, i would make a backup and format.
