Windows Live Messenger error 3100030d?

I have had this error once before but it sorted its self out.

Does anyone know how i can fix it because its getting annoying.

make sure that your system date and time is correct.

If you use Zonealaram, temporarily disable it and also check that your proxy settings are correct (if you are using a proxy),

open cmd (or elevated command prompt in Vista) and type the following:

In Start run : paste this and then press enter :

find the Windows Live Contact folder and delete it.

restart Windows Live Messenger.
