If you delete a contact (not blocking it straight away) from the list, will this mean the person you delete cant see you online anymore ?? Or does it just remove the name of your own list ?

when you delete a contact a dialog box appears and ask's you if you also want to permanantly block this contact and any future messages from the contact , tick those boxes and you shouldnt have any problems or any future messages, as for whether you remain on there list i havent got a clue but ask one of your friends to delete you off theres and you can see on your list if they are still there, then re-add them again good luck !

it just removes the name off of your own list, they can still start a convo with you
The person can't see you anymore AND remove the name from your list.
