I'm not a computer expert but it sounds like you might have a worm. do you have up to date virus software?
Error code {windows live messenger} 81000388?windows xp internet explorerwell just try doing this. go to start -%26gt; click run -%26gt; type 'msconfig'. -%26gt; now press ok. now click the 'start up' tab and disable(untick) all the things which are ticked. now restart windows and try using the messenger. It must be solved.. Report It
